Acne And Junk Food - Fact Or Fiction?
The debate between acne and junk food has always been around. A lot of people believe that being healthy contributes to the body's way of fighting off acne.The first and obvious fact for becoming healthy, is actually eating well. Folks will be a lot healthier when they choose to do so.).
Other people don’t agree with this at all. These people that acne is caused by genetics and genes instead of the foods consumed. Other people believe you can be acne free in 3 days. If your family has a history of acne, you are likely to get it at some point in your life too. This group thinks that stress is a major player in the acne game.
There is a greater chance someone will develop this condition if they are under a lot of stress. People that are stressed see an improvement in their acne, once they calm down.
There is little clinical evidence that eating junk food causes acne. There is not a whole lot of hard facts pointing from the other side of the coin either. So the belief that junk food causes acne, is considered to be a myth by some and not by others. It continues to be great fodder for debate.
Not many folks will debate the fact that healthy food gives a good complexion.Having too much junk food can cause problems inside your body. It is best for persons to be on a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of vegetables, fruit, lean proteins, plenty of water (8 glasses a day) and only small amounts of junk food.
The body can and will get bent out of shape, when junk food is eaten in excessive amounts. In some people, this will lead to acne, in others, it will not. There isn't a definitive answer either way. So it would be in your best interest to have lots of water and combine that with a healthy diet.
This allows people to throw any the medicine and become healthy. If they continue to have acne at least they can rule out junk food as being the cause and work with their doctor to find a successful solution.
